View Top 10 Hazards For Your Region
By viewing the Aggregated Data page you can see the top 10 hazards throughout the region. This information is updated daily, so that HHSRS data uploaded by Users will automatically refresh the data displayed on the next day.
Add Data
Add data is the facility to add individual property HHSRS scores. Simply click "Add Data" and enter the property details and HHSRS scores and the HHCC will calculate the HHSRS ratings (and if you subscribe, the health costs for each hazard in that property). The HHCC will also store this information and you can download it into a spreadsheet whenever you need it, this means the HHCC will serve as a record of your hazards throughout your local authority area. By subscribing to "Health Cost Analysis" you can keep a track of the costs to NHS, costs to society and your payback period for each hazard. Any data added will automatically refresh the aggregated data pages on the next day.
Note: Registration and subscription covers entries by all officers at a particular authority.
Upload Data
Upload bulk data is the facility you can use to load up several property records in one go. You can do this by using spreadsheet .csv formats to quickly add your data onto the HHCC. This data will refresh the regional Top 10 hazards page as well as your Local Authority's aggregated data page. If you keep your HHSRS data in a back office system, you need to export it in simple .csv format (csv means "comma separated values"), for example in a simple spreadsheet. Not all MS Excel formatting will be supported in this upload facility so we recommend you check with your IT support first.
Download Data
Download data is the facility for you to download all your HHSRS data into a spreadsheet in simple .csv format (csv means"comma separated values"). It means you can use the HHCC as a data storage facility for your HHSRS inspections and you can then import this data into your local records or database.
Edit Data
If you need to, you can revisit your data and edit your records, we do not recommend you do this unless absolutely necessary as it will permanently amend or remove previous data.
View Local Authority's Aggregated Data (subscribers only)
Subscribers can view aggregated health cost information for their HHSRS data. This will display all hazards in descending order.
My Settings
We have created some customisation features so that you can manipulate some parameters to best reflect your local conditions, these are currently:
Physiological and psychological harm outcomes: For hazards where the harm is physiological or psychological, harm outcomes are rarely altered from the pre-defined average. Only the likelihood should be changed by the surveyor. For this reason, a user may wish to alter their settings so that whenever one of these hazards is chosen from the hazard pull down menu, the appropriate default harm outcomes will be filled in.
Post work assessments: When filling in post work details users may wish to have the post work harm outcomes automatically default to the average for a dwelling of that age and type. This is recommended so as to provide a helpful starting point for the user to make their own judgement. Sometimes the work may reduce the hazard to a rating D or lower, but not be enough to lower it to the average. Other times the work may be enough to take the harm outcomes far below the average.
View Data
Once you have logged in, you can search your data by using the search tool. The HHCC will allow you to search by: address, post code, UPRN, hazards and date of inspection.
